COVID-19 - COMMUNICATIONS
The health, safety and well-being of our patrons and employees is the Regent's top priority and we have introduced a range of measures to ensure our staff and guests remain safe.
As from 29th January 2021, patrons are encouraged to wear a mask (except when seated and eating your choc top/popcorn/drinks) however it is not mandatory. If you decided to wear a mask for your/others' benefit, we do appreciate your consideration.
MOVIE SESSIONS CAPACITY:
From Friday 26th February 2021 NSW Govt permits 100% occupancy in cinema auditoriums.
When patrons arrive at the cinema please sign in with the Service NSW QR Code displayed in the foyer and at the ticket office. If you do not have a smart phone, please provide box office staff with your name and contact number for our electronic register.
Due social distancing, only ONE family /household is permitted in the Crying Room so we recommend that you call the cinema to book your movie session in the Crying Room. ph 4578 1800
A touch-free sanitiser station is located in the front foyer. We request that all patrons use the santiser when entering the cinema. Soap dispensers are provided in the bathrooms. Sanitiser is also provided in the Candybar and Box Office for staff.
All touch points and inside cinemas will be clean before and after sessions as well as the usual cleanup of seating/floors. Please note that sessions will be staggered typically with 30minute breaks to ensure enough time for staff to undertake the additional cleaning in the auditoriums.
COVID 19- staff training.
All Richmond Regent staff will have completed a COVID-19 safe training program prior to opening to ensure they are able to maintain the safest operations for our patrons.
We ask that patrons keep 1.5m social distance from other groups in the foyer while queuing up for tickets or candybar. Please note the floor markers for your assistance. So be a STAR and maintain social distancing while at the Regent so we can all enjoy the movies in a safe environment.
